They gave me a detailed proposal of the scope of work they would do. They worked closely with my insurance company, arranged to meet with the adjuster and made sure my claim was properly filed. On the day work was scheduled they showed up on time, completed the roof shingle replacement by late that afternoon. Did a thorough clean up of my yard and actually came back twice to ensure no nails or other debris was overlooked. They over promised and over delivered to my complete satisfaction. They are a new company in the Charleston SC area and early indications are they know what they are doing and do the extras to create happy customers.
